NEW CLIENTS

For anyone new to our studio - including beginners to Pilates and those who have had previous experience with Pilates but new to our studio.

  • For those who have had previous experience with Pilates, or are transitioning from another Studio. Our expert instructors will take the time to understand your unique body and goals, ensuring that we create customized program that's tailored specifically for you. From there, you'll seamlessly transition into our small group classes, where you'll continue to build strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive community.

  • An ideal way to start on your Pilates journey. The New Starter Pack includes 2 private sessions and 2 small group classes.

    With two 60 minute private pilates sessions, we'll take the time to understand your unique goals, assess your body's needs, and create a tailored plan just for you.

    Your first private session is all about you! We'll take the time to understand your body, goals, and aspirations. Together, we'll identify any considerations necessary for your program, and introduce you to some basic concepts of Pilates.

    The second private session is all about helping you feel comfortable with the equipment and introducing you to essential exercises from your plan. Your instructor will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form and technique for maximum benefit.

    We also include two 60 minute small group sessions where you'll have the opportunity to work on your personalised program alongside others who share similar goals. These sessions provide a supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace while receiving expert guidance.

SMALL GROUPS

Our small group, or semi private sessions, have a maximum of 4 participants with one instructor. Participants work on their individual program, while receiving guidance and adjustments based on their specific needs and goals. These sessions provide a balance between the personalized attention of private sessions and the camaraderie of a group setting, allowing participants to focus on their fitness goals while enjoying a supportive environment.

Must have completed a New Starter Pack or Individual Assessment before enrolling.

    You will have the ability to advance book a regular spot, dependent on availability.

  • For those who can commit to one session a week.

    $170 will be automatically debited from your nominated account every four weeks. We will credit you with four 60-minute small group sessions for use within four weeks.

    You can cancel the contract anytime; extensions are available with two weeks' notice.

    You will have the ability to advance book a regular spot, dependent on availability.

  • For those who would like to commit to two sessions a week.

    $340 will be automatically debited from your nominated account every four weeks. We will credit you with eight 60-minute small group sessions for use within four weeks.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Our private classes provide you with the undivided attention of a skilled instructor, ensuring that your unique needs and goals are met. Ideal if you are recovering from an acute injury or seeking focused guidance.

DUET SESSIONS

Work out with a friend or family member. With only two of you in the class under the guidance of a single instructor, you will receive more personalised attention while still enjoying the camaraderie of a shared experience.

REFORMER

For those experienced in Pilates who would like a new challenge! Our reformer classes have a maximum of 6 participants with one instructor. Unlike our small group classes, all participants will perform the same exercises, allowing for a flowing format. Our instructors will provide modifications to suit the individual.
Please note that our reformer classes are unsuitable for rehabilitating from injury. If you are new to Pilates, doing an Initial Assessment before joining is strongly recommended.

Studio Policies

  • Our instructors reserve the right to deny participation in a class if they believe your health and safety, or those of other clients, may be compromised. Please only attend class if you are well.

    Please be honest and upfront about your medical history, and update us as required. Please also tell us if anything feels wrong during your sessions. Our instructors are experienced in modifying exercises to suit, but only if we know!

    Our instructors are highly trained in teaching Pilates and the safe use of the equipment. Please follow their instructions.

    Clean socks (preferably non-slip) must be worn to all sessions. Socks are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the studio and store them in the racks provided.

    Please wait outside the studio until invited in by the instructor.

    We ask that your mobile phones be switched off or on silent wherever possible.

  • Small group classes require a minimum of 2 participants. We will contact you with an alternative if you are the only client booked.

    If an instructor is unwell and a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to advise you of the cancellation. Please check your phone before your session. There will be no charge for the session.

  • Attendance at the studio is by appointment only. Please ensure you book before attending. Prepayment is required for all sessions.

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments and classes or the class charge will be applied. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality of our services, keep our prices reasonable and accommodate other clients.

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Body Intelligence is proud to be a training facility for new instructors. There may be students observing our classes or training clients under supervision. Please let us know if you would be uncomfortable with this.
